The first shooting day of OMG (Oh My Girl!) last March 25 marks the dream partnership of friends Judy Ann and Ogie in the big screen.

Ogie after making hits in his female portrayals in TV, (which everyone fondly imitates) and the queen of rated A movies, who’s last romance/comedy venture, sealed the actress’ bankability not just in drama but in light roles as well. Not just another OMG team up. Directed by Ploning’s acclaimed Dante Nico “Ga” Garcia, this will surely pave the way for a good year of the Ox for Regal’s first quarter offer.

While being escorted inside the room, Even outside you can already hear the burst of laughter from everyone watching the transformation of Ogie.

Frida, his latest character was the perfect example of a natural comic relief one can only see from this guy.

After a few hours of preparation, even Mother Lily asked (upon seeing the Director’s monitor) who the old lady with Juday was, making the transformation even more exciting.

Juday, who portrays the same role as she is in person (the young superstar, “Darling”), busy as she was with the Hush hush wedding preparations gamely danced to the beat of Maricel Soriano’s shake body body dancer for a scene, earning laughs from all production staff. Truly this was not just the first day of shoot, but a happy first for everyone.
