Marian, sumailalim sa masusing Tarot Reading
Gaya nang inaasahan, kakaibang kaba at pagkamangha ang naramdaman ni Marian Rivera nang malaman niyang sasailalim siya sa isang ‘tarot reading’ kaugnay ng paksa ng kanyang pelikula under Regal Films na ‘Tarot’ na ipapalabas na sa August 26.
“Nakakatakot at nakakakaba pala talaga,” sabi ni Marian, “pero katulad nung nangyari kay Dennis Trillo, co-star ko rin sa “Tarot,” gagawin ko na lang gabay ang anumang hula sa akin at pangingibabawan ko na lang po ng magaganda at magsayang nasabi tungkol sa akin.

“Exciting hindi lang ang ‘tarot reading’ ni Marian, kundi pati na ang pelikula mismo,” sabi ni Mother Lily Monteverde. “Pinaghirapan talaga ang pelikula simula sa magandang istorya nito, hanggang sa cinematography, effects at ang post-production sound and music effects na sobrang inaabangan sa mga horror films.”
Sa gitna ng sobrang puno at busy na schedule ni Marian sa telebisyon, bibigyan niya talaga ng oras ang “Tarot” promo kaya magiging visible siya sa mga weekend shows at may mall show pa sa SM North EDSA sa Sabado, August 22. At siyempre, inaanyayahan niya ang lahat ng kanyang mga kaibigan at taga-suporta na dumalo sa premiere night ng “Tarot” sa Lunes August 24 sa SM Megamall. Bukod kina Dennis Trillo at Roxanne Guinoo, mayayaya kaya ni Marian ang kanyang special date na si Dingdong Dantes sa premiere night? Magandang abangan natin ‘yan.
Samantala, kailangang paghandaan ang pinakamalaking horror event ng taon, ang “Tarot” palabas na Miyerkules, August 26 sa lahat ng sinehan nationwide, sa direksyon ni Jun Lana under Regal Films.

MOTHER LILY THROWS A PARTY FOR MARIAN RIVERA
Regal matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde threw a birthday party for her most successful and prized ward Marian Rivera, the star of Regal Films’ upcoming movie “Tarot.”
The party was attended by Marian’s family and friends in the business plus her network bosses and sponsors and advertisers. “This party just proves Marian’s impact on a lot of people, and she has indeed a lot of blessings to be thankful for,” said Regal’s top honcho Roselle Monteverde-Teo, herself a firm Marian-believer.
It was always an occasion to enjoy Marian as she takes a break from her showbiz commitments and just have fun with the people she loves most, in a manner befitting a top movie star like her.
A few hours before the party, Marian had an intimate moment with the members of the movie press as she asked for their support for her film “Tarot” which is slated to open on August 26 in theaters nationwide. In “Tarot,” Marian acts alongside Dennis Trillo and Roxanne Guinoo under the direction of Jun Lana.
“I am truly blessed to be receiving very good projects under my home studio Regal Films,” said Marian. “They have been very instrumental to my growth as an actress and I am truly proud to be one of the remaining Regal babies.” After “Tarot,” Marian is set to star in one of Regal’s Metro Manila Film Festival entries “Nieves” which is now a full-length feature --- a spin off from its highly successful episode in “Shake, Rattle & Roll X,” directed by Mike Tuviera.
Who knows, aside from “Tarot” and soon, “Nieves,” Marian may just be able to squeeze in some shooting days for another important landmark and possibly award-winning Regal project which Mother Lily has always earmarked for her.
For sure, that’s something to look forward to!
